Provision of limited ($450 monthly max for household of 1 with $50 increase for each additional household member) vendor payment toward rent, mortgage, and some utilities and limited food assistance. For single parent families Financial Assistance is limited to 1x in a 5-year period.

The eligibility determination process begins at your first appointment with the Case Manager. This process can take up to 4 â 6 weeks and receiving an appointment with a Case Manager does not guarantee that you will receive assistance. The Case Manager will notify you once the eligibility determination process is complete.
