Program Description: 3/4 house for men graduating for the 180 club program. The participants must have a job and pay a minimal rent. They are required to attend weekly support groups and church. They are still casemanged but on a monthly basis instead of daily or weekly. The participants are re-evaluated every six months to see if another six months is needed or desired.

Services: KCCSI provides nutritional services to the residents of Kankakee County through an easily-assessable food pantry. The pantry is simple to utilize and offers a wide variety of foods to meet the needs of any family. Many residents have the unfortunate burden of insufficient food to feed their family. KCCSI’s food pantry offers these individuals the opportunity to choose from an assortment of items of dry, box, canned, and fresh foods to meet their needs. Clients have choices such as hot and cold breakfast cereals, bread and pastry items, canned and fresh fruits and vegetables, meats, and dairy products. With the variety of choices from the pantry, the families can make complete nutritious meals. In addition to providing food to clients, referrals to other food pantries in the county where they can receive additional services are offered.
