Services: Emergency Housing Assistance (EHA) will provide one month rent/security deposit to individuals who are in danger of eviction or homelessness. Individuals must meet eligibility and affordability guidelines and requirements and may receive assistance only one time. Homeless Prevention and Rapid Rehousing Services in the form of security/utility deposit, rental arrears, first month or current monthly rental payments are also available to individuals and families experiencing a recent hardship that are either “homeless” or “ at risk of homelessness” and can document future affordability. Individuals and families must meet eligibility and affordability guidelines and requirements.
