Provides Veterans with an emergency food pantry, and clothing closet.  The program also offers Veterans bus passes for up to three month period, a food pantry for pet/service animals (service can be limited for pet/service animals) and they have agreements with barber/beauty schools to get a haircut if needed.  If the program is not offering services they can provide information and referrals to other agencies that may assist Veterans.
