Services: Provides family support and parent education. Advocates visit families to provide support and child guidance. Parent Educators use the Parents as Teachers (PAT) evidence-based home visiting curriculum to support developmentally appropriate activities and information about development, as well as answer parent questions or concerns. Others services offered include developmental Screenings, play and Learn Groups, family fun nights, resource networking and "Welcome Baby Baskets" for families of newborns, including free diapers on an emergency basis.

Services: Rose Haven is a day shelter and community center that provides clothing, hygiene, showers, mailing addresses, and voicemail services. Advocacy and referrals are provided for issues such as health care, domestic violence, housing, employment, and other social services. Classes and activities offered daily. Diapers are available through PDX Diaper Bank.
Hours: Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 8:30am-noon and 1pm-4pm, Wednesday 8:30am-noon and 1pm-3pm. During severe weather will stay open between noon and 1pm.

Services: Provides clothing and supplies for pregnant women and nursing mothers. Also provides baby clothing, blankets, sleepers, toys and children's books, as well as emergency supplies of diapers, formula, and baby food. Availability of diapers, formula, and other supplies is dependent on donations received. Clients should call first to determine if sizes/types of items needed are available. Parents are encouraged to become a client (which is free) and allows access to more services. Diapers and formula are available for emergency needs only and not provided on an ongoing basis. Client Care Days are hosted on the 2nd Saturday of the month and the Wednesday following the second Saturday. Parents can "shop" for children's clothing and other items and network with other parents. Refreshments and a "kid's corner" with educational activities are also provided for the wait but children must stay with parents while they shop.
Hours: Monday-Thursday 10am-5pm, Friday 10am-3pm, Saturday 10am-1pm; second Saturday of the month 9:45am-11:45am. Client Care Day is the 2nd Saturday of the month 9:45am-11:45am. Spanish helpline available: Thursday/Saturday/Sunday 24 hours per day; Monday-Wednesday leave a voicemail and someone will call you back in the evening. Texting available 24 hours per day / 7 days per week and is encouraged for faster reply.
Eligibility: Must be pregnant or parents or primary caregivers of a child aged birth to 5 years old. No eligibility requirements based on income or residence. The client must be able to come to the Mother and Child Education Center to receive services. Diapers, clothing, and other goods cannot be mailed or delivered to clients.

Services: Daytime drop-in center and basic services, primarily for homeless individuals and families. Services include showers, bathrooms, mail, limited locker storage, internet, hygiene items, laundry vouchers, pet food, telephone, and referral information. Some of these services are provided though a barter system. Diapers are available through PDX Diaper Bank. JOIN also conducts outreach to people actively sleeping on the streets or in their vehicles.
Hours: Monday-Friday 10am-3pm (closed 2nd Friday of the month and holidays)
Eligibility: Services are available to the public but are intended to meet the needs of homeless individuals and families (sleeping outdoors or in vehicle). JOIN does not provide housing services to people who are couch surfing, in shelters, or facing eviction.
