Services: Twelve month transitional housing organization that accepts women coming from prison, treatment facilities, battered women's shelters and other referral agencies. Each woman (resident) is provided an initially rent-free, fully furnished apartment, clothing, food, job placement assistance, financial management assistance and access to medical care. The resident begins contributing towards her expenses upon obtaining gainful employment. Each resident is required to attend twelve step recovery meetings. Connections provides transportation to and from work, medical appointments, grocery store, recovery meetings, etc.
