Services: The program provides personal goods for families in crisis, school children and for victims of sexual assault through three programs. Services include clothes, school clothes and shoes. Geographic restrictions may apply to some services.
The Operation School Bell program provides school clothing and shoes for school-age children, grades K through 5, who attend schools in the West Covina, Covina Valley, Azusa and Charter Oak School Districts. Most children are referred by school personnel.
The Assault Survivor Kits(ASK) program provides clothing and hygiene items to the victims of rape and assault and is distributed through Project Sister, a non-profit agency located in Pomona. See the separate entry.
AL Outreach program, in partnership with several local non-profit agencies, provides quality used articles of clothing from the Thrift Shop for families in crisis.

The typical bag or box of groceries includes canned goods, dry boxed foods, and meat (when available). Baby food is also provided when available. People may apply for food four times per year, depending on individual circumstances. Vouchers for meals are available one time only for people who are homeless.

The program provides clothing for men, women and children of all ages; the amount and sizes available depend on donations. Also provided, when available, are diapers, shoes and small housewares. Services are targeted to individuals who are experiencing a financial crisis. Services are restricted San Gabriel and Pomona Valley residents.
The agency is closed from middle of October to the middle of February to prepare for holiday services.
