Hours: 8:30a - 11:30a & 1:00p-4:00p Monday, Tuesday, Thursday; 9:00a-11:30a & 1:00p-4:00p, Wednesday; 8:30a-12:00p Friday.
Eligibility: Residents of Lake and Sumter County.

1. A picture ID for everyone in your home over the age of 17.
2. Social Security cards for everyone in your home.
3. Proof of all monthly income including Social Security, child support that you RECEIVE, food stamps, financial help from a friend or family member, pay stubs from your job for one month, etc.
4. Proof of all monthly expenses (bills) including utilities (a shut off or disconnect notice & the last months bill if you are coming in for utilities assistance), child support you PAY, phone bills, insurance bills, rent or mortgage bills, etc.
