Qualifying Palm Beach County residents can register for the Pantry Bag Program. The Resource Center provides limited financial assistance to qualifying Boca Raton residents of 1 year or more. Limited financial assistance includes utilities (FPL and/or water), limited rental assistance and funds through our Children's Assistance Program (CAP) for summer camp and after-school/day care for working parents. - Utilities: For assistance with utilities, clients must have a 3-day disconnect notice.
