Services: United Way Agency - Christians United Outreach Center serves the working poor and indigent population of Randolph County through a variety of programs. The primary program of CUOC is short-term financial crisis intervention This program includes, but is not limited to, providing food, clothing, household items, furniture, gas vouchers so people can get to work or minor car repairs, RX assistance, heat, utilities, rent, mortgage payments, and medical equipment. Another program is a homeless initative called Project Independence (PI). PI is a long-term transitional housing solution with supportive services designed to assist a person(s) for a period of up to two years.
