Services: The Gate House is able to provide a home to four families and eight individuals. In addition to providing shelter, the Gate House works to empower homeless residents to gain their independence as quickly as possible. Gate House staff also assist the residents in navigating the employment and educational services available to them through local services such as PA Career Link, Central Susquehanna Opportunities, and the Department of Human Services.

Services: Provides 8-bed men's shelter furnishing bed, food, addiction recovery support, transportation to medical facilities, transportation to job interviews, medical and transitional assistance. Men from the homeless shelter who have acquired jobs can stay until they have the necessary finances to be self-supporting.Transitional housing offers more privacy but the men all live in a house together and share common rooms. Low cost rent with opportunity to develop budgeting skills, free furnishings, food and family-style support.
Hours: 24/7/365. No acceptance after 10:00 pm.

Services: Provides Emergency Shelter services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If a child is in immediate need of a safe place to stay, FCCY can provide short-term placement with a foster family for up to 30 days. During this time period, appropriate plans for future living arrangements will be made by all involved parties, including the child, the county caseworker, the child’s biological/legal family, the FCCY case manager, and the foster family. In many situations, it is suggested that the child be moved from Emergency Shelter placement to our Family-Based Services program.
