Clients enrolled and participating in the parenting program may be eligible for additional support.
Participants earn "Care Net Cash" which they can use to shop in the baby boutique, which has items like diapers, formula, clothing and baby furniture.
Limited one-time assistance provided for non-participants.
Those who are pregnant or parenting a child who is 24 months or younger.

Will supply baby items 2-3 weeks before the due date.
Baby item may include car-seats, layettes, strollers, tubs, baby furniture, diapers, formula etc., depending on the donations.
Also has a small clothing bank for older children in the home, and a small food bank (includes baby food).
Assistance is provided once every two months until the youngest child is 5 years old.
Eligibility: For pregnant women and/or families with children 5 years old or younger.

Services: Operates a food pantry for area residents.
Food pantry clients may visit three times per month. Clients are able to select their own food based on household size. Fresh produce is typically available.
Also provides emergency grocery bags and no-cook food bags.
Diapers and baby food may be available depending on donations.
Offers limited home delivery to homebound clients within service area twice per month, usually on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday.
Those that are living in Black Diamond, Covington, Maple Valley and the Tahoma School District.
Home delivery is available for homebound area residents who are elderly or have a disability.

Offers temporary case management and referrals to local resources and services
Partners with area organizations to offer additional services.
Single women and families of all genders who have children.

Services: The Earn While You Learn program offers ongoing support for pregnant women and parenting families of infants and toddlers.
Parenting education is provided one on one with a trained parenting advocate. Once enrolled, a client works with her parenting advocate to choose a curriculum best suited to her needs and interests. While clients are Learning, clients are Earning "Mommy Money" to spend any way they wish on maternity and baby supplies.
Most curriculums are available in both English and Spanish, and our Spanish Client Services Manager is available on Wednesdays to assist with translation when needed. The program provides clients with incentives to learn life skills as they earn "Mommy Money" to spend in our "Mommy Store" on items they need.

Eligibility: Must live within the South Kitsap School District.
