Assist street homeless men and women to connect to community resources as they strive to move from homelessness to self-sufficiency. Pharmaceutical Assistance Program: Provides uninsured Lehigh County residents with once-a-year emergency pharmaceutical assistance of up to $50. Must meet income guidelines. Assistance for medications for asthma, epileptic seizures, diabetes, high blood pressure and antibiotics only. Social Security Representative payee Program: Provides financial monitoring and fund administration to individuals receiving social security who are unable to manage their own finances.
