Services: Hope 4 the Heart is a non-profit food bank located in the San Francisco Bay Area. They are an all-volunteer organization, and their mission is to improve the well-being every family they serve by alleviating hunger and improving nutrition. They believe that no one should go hungry in their food-rich nation, and they assist those in their community who need a helping hand. The third Saturday of every month, Hope 4 the Heart opens its doors to local families in need of food. Every food box contains product for the month, along with fresh produce purchased with a grant from FEMA, diapers and formula for families with infants, and other items that families need. Every month, approximately 450 boxes are prepared, and still they run out of boxes. With the new warehouse, they plan to be able to serve more families who need help.
