Eligibility: Our guidelines state an applicant must provide government issued picture ID, Social Security card for each household member, proof of 1 month's income, and 1 month's necessary living expenses. We also request the amount of food stamps received by each household. Applicants must sign an income statement to receive USDA commodities. Applicants are asked to sign a Release of Information allowing the pantry to verify the information made available to us.

Services: Provide 10 days worth of food to qualifing families who live in the designated areas surrounding Pilot Mountain Food can be received every 60 days unless circumstances dictate otherwise (i.e. hospitalization, illness, death, loss of employement, etc).

Clients should arrive before noon to assure their paperwork and food order can be completed. The door will be locked at noon each day to help comply.
Eligibility: Income guidelines are supplies for certain food items, with guidelines in concurrance with Second Harvest Food Bank (Feeding America).
Documents To Bring: Clients must come in the Food Pantry and complete proper forms. List of paperwork to bring: 1) Driver's license, 2) Social Security cards of all household members, 3) If address is a P.O. Box, letter with physical address on it, 4) Food Stamp information, 5) List of monthly bills.
