* Oral Health Services: Provides referral and funding for children with emergent dental conditions.
*Preventive Protective Home Visits - Home visits made by Family Advocates and/or social workers to families at increased risk for child abuse and/or neglect. Assists families to obtain needed health and social services in the community. This program is voluntary. Goal is to promote appropriate parenting and child care skills.
*Lead Poisoning Prevention Program provides lead screening, case management, and cleaning services if needed, for families at risk for lead poisoning.
CARE FOR KIDS Early Periodic Screening Diagnosis and Treatment (EPSDT) assists families who qualify for Title XIX in setting up well child physicals, immunizations, dental care, and other needed medical services in the community.

SERVICES-The professional staff at Hillcrest-Mercy Maternal Health Center offers the following services: Prenatal care, delivery of babies by Medical Associates obstetricians, education about nutrition and the right kinds of foods to eat while pregnant (clients may also be eligible for help through the Women, Infants and Children program), dental services, counseling, education about how to prepare for labor, delivery and infant care, referrals, if needed, to other health care or local community services, postpartum care, and preparation for parenting.
