Eligibility: Women, infants, and children up to five years of age. Must meet income guidelines, a state residency requirement, and be individually determined to be at nutritional risk by a health professional.

Services: This program provides a layette for new mothers who are active duty, E-4 and below, and for the dependent spouse of an active duty soldiers E-4 and below. The layette includes a blanket, socks, baby suit, sleeper, gown, book, baby wipes, laundry soap and a medicine spoon. The program supplies approximately 1,500 bundles each year.
