Services: Initiated by a donation from Bell South Mobility, will allow TCADSV and shelters to distribute 140 phones to domestic violence victims in Cleveland, Chattanooga, Athens, Gallatin, Murfreesboro, Nashville, Clarksville, Jackson, Franklin, and Memphis These cell phones will be programmed with 100 free minutes a month and allow victims to call for help if needed as well as provide assistance in re-establishing their lives.
