Also provides coaching and connections to stabilizing community resources.

Eligibility: Must have dependent children in the home. Must be experiencing a crisis or something out of the ordinary but otherwise are in a sustainable situation. Need to have been in the home preferably 6 months or longer. Preference is given to first time clients.
Documents To Bring: Applicant must bring photo identification for all adults, social security card for all members of the household, birth certificates for all children, lease or mortgage statement, most current utility bill, verification of income, and proof of crisis.

Eligibility: The individual or family must be facing risk of homelessness. Income limits do apply and are based upon the funding source.
