Emergency Assistance Program personnel can also refer callers to appropriate community agencies that may be able to assist them.

Eligibility: Limited financial assistance based on an immediate precipitating event. Individuals must reside within the Diocese of Rockford. Assistance has to provide some type of resolution to the emergency, either independently or in collaboration with case management from other social service agencies.
