Women who are accepted into the program must be seeking to improve their situation, If women do not have a GED, they must be willing to take steps to acquire one; or, they must be willing to get a job, and to show evidence of intent to improve their lives. Two or more women might share a house together. There are no house monitors; women are expected to monitor their own comings and goings. If the rules are not adhered to, they will be asked to leave.
Ex-Offenders are welcome to apply, but the facility is not equipped to handle persons with special needs or mental illness issues.

A 14-day blackout period occurs upon admission; during this time, clients may not leave facility except for medical appointments or legal obligations.
