Ex-Offenders are welcome to apply, but the facility is not equipped to handle persons with special needs or mental illness issues.

Provides medical referrals to VA hospital, vocational counseling, job readiness, budget and savings planning, and support services after completion of program. A 14-day blackout period occurs upon admission; during this time, clients may not leave facility except for medical appointments or legal obligations.
