It assists with security deposits, court-ordered evictions, foreclosures, utility cut-offs, and burial assistance and may be used only once in a twelve-month period. Also available are funds for those who have experienced an official disaster (hurricane, flood or fire). Will assist those in public housing. Children 18-21 must be enrolled in school full-time.
