Services: Provides a long-term residential drug and alcohol recovery program at the Harbor Light Center and emergency homeless shelter at the Red Shield Lodge. Clients can stay 7 nights free. After the 7 free nights, clients are charged $10/night to stay in this shelter. If weather is in the freezing temperature range, no one is charged to stay.
