Services: The Somerville Residence program provides permanent, sober housing to homeless who have been through a drug rehabilitation program. Mentally or physically disabled persons are accepted if they meet the requirements. Families are accepted if one of the parents have been in a drug rehabilitation program. Residents have access to comprehensive health care and mental health services through the Camillus Health Concern facility located directly next door. The YWCA across the street will provide childcare, and public transportation and Miami-Dade Community College are just a short walk away.

Services: Family housing with 32 new 3 & 4 bedroom, one-story townhouses, which provides permanent housing for formerly homeless families impacted by disabilities Emphasis is placed on providing each family with the necessary support which includes case management, homeownership program, childcare services, transportation, vocational training and employment, and community activities to provide a stable and nurturing environment for their children while maximizing the family's self-sufficiency.
Eligibility: Qualifies as homeless and having a disability under the US HUD definition; drug-free, and meet project income requirement.
