Services: A drop-in center that provides services to homeless AND low-income people. Offers meals; including breakfast and sack lunch; during the week; and a Saturday brunch. Distributes clothing and basic toiletries; and provides shower; laundry facilities (must do 2 hours worth of volunteer work per load of laundry); and haircuts. Also offers assistance to veterans by a representative of the Veterans Homeless Outreach. The Center can be used as a mailing address for homeless individuals. Provides bus passes for verifiable medical or court appointments only. Food packages are provided to low-income families with children younger than 18 years of age. Offers prescription medication assistance for the uninsured to families with children; seniors 60 years and older; and to disabled individuals who live in Oceanside only. Also provides case management.

Eligibility: No age limitations. To register for ongoing food assistance, clients must meet USDA poverty guidelines.
