Provides HEAP grants that are used to supplement annual energy costs. Funds can only be sent to primary heating supplier and can be used to pay for electricity, propane, natural gas, wood, oil, kerosene, coal and any other heating fuel. Emergency HEAP grants may also be available to eligible households with a shut-off notice or for those running out of fuel such as propane, wood, oil, kerosene or coal.?Also provides assistance with replacement or repair of primary heating source.

Must meet financial eligibility and residential guidelines. Unless electric is primary heating source, assistance for electric shut off notices is only available, if eligible, through Emergency Benefits.

Provides 8-bed men's shelter furnishing bed, food, addiction recovery support, transportation to medical facilities, transportation to job interviews, medical and transitional assistance. Men from the homeless shelter who have acquired jobs can stay until they have the necessary finances to be self-supporting.Transitional housing offers more privacy but the men all live in a house together and share common rooms. Low cost rent with opportunity to develop budgeting skills, free furnishings, food and family-style support.
