Services: Provides multi-service center for homeless persons. Services include a hot-noon meal 365 days/year, shower and laundry facilities, mailing addresses, telephone access, entree to noon-day meals, food pantry listings and shelter for families. The Resource Center provides case management services for motivated homeless clients who desire self-sufficiency and permanent housing; vocational and housing assistance, work clothing, transportation, voice mail, identification support/birth certificates, and benefits advocacy. Auxiliary services include medical services, referrals and prescriptions, available every Friday from 11am-12:30pm by Contra Costa County's Homeless Health Team. Referrals to other providers are available. For services, all clients start with the Intake number.
